Shipping Policy

1. Scope & Shipping Destinations

 
Effective April 8, 2026, all orders will be shipped to the United States only. We do not ship to any other countries or regions.
 

2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times

 
We offer two standardized shipping methods:
 

(1) Ocean Freight (Sea Shipping)

 
  • Shipping Cost: $150 per order
  • Estimated Shipping Time: 30–45 business days
 

(2) Air Freight (Air Shipping)

 
  • Shipping Cost: $550per order
  • Estimated Shipping Time: 15 business days
 

Total Delivery Time

 
Total delivery time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time
 
  • Order Processing Time: 4–7 business days
     
    Processing time includes order verification, product inspection, packaging, and dispatch preparation. Actual processing time may vary slightly based on product availability and order volume.
 

3. Shipping Carriers & Logistics

 
We cooperate with reputable international freight forwarders and courier services including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS for final-mile delivery.
 
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, port congestion, weather conditions, flight delays, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
 

4. Order Status & Tracking

 
Customers may check order status through our online Track Order page.
 
Once shipped, a tracking number will be generated and sent to the customer via email.

5. Contact Information Requirement

 
Customers are required to provide a valid mobile telephone number during checkout. An accurate phone number assists carriers in timely delivery and helps prevent delivery failures.
 

6. Lost, Missing or Stolen Packages

 
If a package is believed to be lost, stolen, or not received despite carrier confirmation of delivery, the customer must notify us within 10 business days of the recorded delivery date to initiate a carrier investigation.
 
Investigation and claim processing may take up to 30 business days.
 
hookcrafted shall not be liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
 

7. Out-of-Stock Items

 
If any item in a multi-product order is out of stock, we will ship available items immediately. We will notify the customer via email regarding the out-of-stock item and provide options including backorder, replacement, or partial refund.
 

8. General Terms

 
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
